Did you know that Islington is one of the poorest boroughs in England? Would you like to lead a programme of grants and initiatives to help change that?

Cripplegate Foundation is a highly successful charity working in Islington and parts of the City of London. We spend about £1.4 million a year on grants to address poverty and inequality, making a real difference to people’s lives. We also work with partners to galvanise change and leverage resources in the borough: the Council, other funders, local businesses etc. We now need a Programme Director who will work with a team of programme specialists to deliver a dynamic strategy that will build upon our already significant impact and reputation.

The Programme Director will be an exceptional leader and manager, experienced in programme development and delivery. They will be knowledgeable and passionate about social change and will be driven to deliver initiatives to make a difference. They will be an outstanding relationship builder and communicator.
