Conflict occurs in the workplace for many reasons:
Personality clashes
Disagreement over values and/or priorities
Bullying or harassment
Often, conflicts are based on a misunderstanding, an incorrect perception or assumption, and in many cases the conflict can be shifted by enabling people to really hear one another. The process of listening to each other, and to oneself, can help individuals and teams to reach a place of increased understanding and clarity.
