About the Pears Foundation

The Pears Foundation is an independent, family foundation supporting organisations working in the UK and internationally. Since its establishment the foundation has committed over £250 million to support a wide range of causes including, children and young people, end-of-life cancer care, health care, creative therapy and adoption support, training, education and citizenship, plus many more. We also provide working space at the Pears Hub and programme of professional development for our grantees.

About the role

The Foundation Administrator will need to have a genuine interest in and commitment to delivering a first-class administrative function. A key part of a small team, the Foundation Administrator will support colleagues, trustees and visitors to the Foundation, and they will be responsible for the Pears Hub. They will also be responsible for administering all the Foundation’s payments and will support the Operations Manager to refine and develop the systems and processes of the Foundation to ensure that the operations run as smoothly as possible.
